Lindsay's father arrested again in New York

Authorities say Lindsay Lohan's father has been arrested again.

Police on New York's Long Island say Michael Lohan was arrested Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt. Police did not provide further details.

Bryan Konoski, an attorney for Lohan's ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, has told the New York Post that Lohan allegedly phoned Muller at work Jan. 21. That would violate an order of protection.

Lohan had been arrested on a similar charge in December.

In June, a judge said Lohan would avoid prosecution on an aggravated harassment charge if he stayed out of trouble for a year. Lohan denied he threatened to kill his girlfriend and himself if she left him.

Lohan's attorney had said his client is the victim of fabrications.

The actress reportedly is estranged from her father.

According to Cleveland Leader, Lohan is going to be topless in Robert Rodriguez' Machete, which is certainly in line with the skin shown in the faux trailer for the film unveiled as part of Grindhouse. The scene apparently involves LiLo skinny-dipping near a waterfall as part of a ten-minute arc in the film. And that either interests you or not. Probably not, though, because who couldn't see this coming sooner or later? It's not exactly Jessica Alba, now is it?

For the first time, American actress, socialite and party gal Lindsay Lohan is going topless for a steamy scene in her coming film ‘Machete’, reports The Sun.

So far the ‘Mean Girls’ star had bared her assets for magazine shoots only. But for Robert Rodriguez's new action flick ‘Machete’, she goes topless in a scene in which she’s seen bathing with actor Danny Trejo and another co-actor.

In the X-rated movie Lindsay plays a gun-toting socialite.

Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan, who has stripped several times for magazine shoots in the past, will go top less for a scene in her upcoming movie Machete.

Many critics see the movie as an attempt to revive Lindsay's flagging Hollywood career, reports thesun.co.uk.

After giving smashing hits like Mean Girls and Freaky Friday, a series of run-ins with the police and on-off relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson, has turned the fortunes of the actress.

The token nudescene could work as a stroke which would surely win her male fans once again.

Each year, Lugner invites a Hollywood starlet to accompany him to the Austrian society event. He's invited some of the greats, including Joan Collins, Sophia Loren, Grace Jones, Sarah, Duchess of York, Raquel Welch, Faye Dunaway, Jacqueline Bisset, and Farrah Fawcett. Although, more recently, he's chosen less, er, distinguished guests, such as Pamela Anderson (who brought Kid Rock), Geri Halliwell, Carmen Electra, Paris Hilton, and, come next month, Herbie: Fully Loaded thespian Lindsay Lohan.

No word on how much he pays his guests, although their duties include not only attending the Wiener Opernball, but also signing autographs at Lugner City, the shopping mall he opened in 1990. Lugner—who was divorced from his third wife Christina in 2007, the same year he courted that Hilton girl (which, you know, also sounds about right)—has attracted criticism for his annual publicity stunt, but he doesn’t seem phased. Obsessed with appearance, Lugner once injected Botulin into his eyelids to look like George Clooney. Dude, that’s totally unnecessary . You are George Clooney.

A drunken Lindsay Lohan punched a man who was harassing her little sister at a nightclub in St. Barts. Lindsay had repeatedly told the guy to leave Ali, her little sister, alone.

Although bodyguards quickly arrived when Lindsay started throwing punches, she got a few hits on the man before she and Ali were returned to their boat in St. Barts, where Lindsay and a male friend continued drinking.

Lindsay Lohan's Child Abuse Video is Out

Lindsay Lohan went to India last month to shoot a documentary on sex trafficking, and now a clip is out. Lohan traveled the country to talk with women and children who have been victims of the trade. It looks like she covered her head but wore a tank top.

"Focusing on celebrities and lies is so disconcerting, when we can be changing the world one child at a time.... hope everyone can see that," she tweeted while she was over there.

The film is called 'Lindsay Lohan In India' and will air on BBC Three.

Lindsay and Ali Lohan flaunt skinny bodies

But on holiday in the Caribbean at the moment, it's Lindsay's sister Ali's slim figure that has come under the spotlight.

And 16-year-old Ali looked particularly skinny in a black two-piece ensemble.

The two sisters boarded the lavish boat after a spot of shoe shopping in some of St Barts' high-end designer stores.

Lohan's dad challenges Jon Gosselin to fight

According to Fox 29 News, Michael Lohan, father of Lindsay Lohan, has challenged Reality TV star Jon Gosselin to a celebrity boxing match. Lohan and Gosselin met when Gosselin was dating Kate Major, a longtime friend of Lohan's.

Jon Gosselin is currently unable to make TV appearances as a judge decides a lawsuit TLC has brought against the former reality TV star who refused to make appearances and finish out the season of "Jon & Kate Plus 8." Jon Gosselin is divorced from his former wife, Kate Gosselin, who resides in Berks County with their eight children.

Lindsay Still Holds Her Line

BEIJING, Jan. 3 -- Despite widespread speculation to the contrary -- and a scathing reaction to her first effort -- Lindsay Lohan is staying at Ungaro as its artistic adviser while the man who recruited her, company President Mounir Moufarrige, has resigned.

Ungaro named Marie Fournier its new general manager to oversee all operations. An 18-year veteran of the company, Fournier was previously Ungaro's vice-president in charge of business development and licensing. Before that, she had an eight-year career at Christian Dior.

Ungaro said Moufarrige, who has served as president since 2006, would continue to advise the company, but that he was "withdrawing" from an operational role to devote more time to other businesses, which include U-Boat and Welder, two fast-growing Italian watch companies.

"It's my decision. It's not a total departure, except for operational duties," Moufarrige said.

He waved off suggestions of discord with Ungaro's majority owner, Asim Abdullah, and noted his decision "has nothing to do with Lindsay Lohan at all. The strategy is set for Ungaro and that's it."

Moufarrige tapped Lohan as artistic adviser in September in a risky bid to jump-start rejuvenation at a house wracked by a revolving door of designers and lackluster collections. He teamed her with Spanish-born designer Estrella Archs.

"Odds are it could work," Moufarrige said in September. "I think the noise level around Lindsay will be very, very big."

He was right about the noise. His exit comes only a few months after Lohan and Archs showed a spring collection during Paris Fashion Week that set off a cacophony of reactions from critics and retail buyers that ranged from "very Los Angeles" to "cheesy" to "truly, deeply horrible."

There had been numerous reports, apparently unfounded, that Abdullah was thinking of dumping Lohan as a result of the negative reaction.

At Ungaro, Lohan and Archs succeeded Bogota, Colombia-born Esteban Cortazar, whose three collections failed to ignite interest.

Peter Dundas, who is now the designer at Emilio Pucci; Vincent Darre, now devoted to a signature furniture line, and Giambattista Valli, pursuing a signature label with Italy's Mariella Burani Fashion Group, preceded Cortazar as Ungaro designers following the retirement of its founding couturier in 2004.
